 Lying at the heart of a thriving village community, the fourteenth century Ring 'O' Bells Inn is a quintessential Devon country pub serving outstanding, locally sourced food in a traditional environment. Though nestled in the depths of glorious Devon countryside, the Ring 'O' Bells, Cheriton Fitzpaine, is a pleasant twenty minute drive from the regional capital, Exeter, and lies only ten miles west of junction 27 off the M5, making our newly-refurbished bed and breakfast accommodation a perfect choice for all, whether visiting the West Country for business or pleasure. |

Our Restaurant

 Offering a choice of two menus, chef and proprietor Jim Janes focuses on seasonal, locally sourced produce prepared and presented with the minimum of fuss. Though the menu changes weekly, visitors to the Ring 'O' Bells can expect to find dishes such as Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Peppers and Jersey Royals, Red Ruby Beef Fillet with Rioja and Red Onion, or Dart Smokehouse Smoked Trout with Poached Egg and Balsamic dressing gracing the menu. Those dining with us can choose whether to eat in our traditional lounge area, with open log fire, or the more contemporary environment of our restaurant.
